During these capstone projects, students can research industries and markets, analyze competitors, and diagnose business problems to identify practical solutions. From there, they’ll build comprehensive business plans, including strategy, operations, funding considerations, and implementation steps. Along the way, you’ll meet with students to shape the scope, provide feedback, and ensure alignment.
By the end of the project, you’ll receive a written business plan, a strategic analysis, and a final presentation of recommendations, giving your organisation fresh insights and actionable strategies while helping students apply their learning in a meaningful way.
Learners
At the end of the project, you can expect students to submit:
- A full business plan.
- Implementation and strategy recommendations.
- A final presentation of findings to your team and stakeholders.
