Finally, the project will include tracking key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy and provide actionable recommendations for improving reach and engagement.

Product Launch Strategy

We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity? What are some good launch ideas? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing, kitting, packaging, warehousing, and fulfillment? How complex is that and how much will it cost, realistically? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.

Digital Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. Weโ€™d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions weโ€™d like students to help us answer are the following: Where should advertising be targeted for the target demographic? How can the current or new social media channels be optimized (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok)? Where can ads be placed to conform to the project budget and be maximally shown to the target audience (i.e. billboards, bus stops, etc.) What marketing should be used in different scenarios (i.e. the beverage description on the bottle itself, etc.)? We also want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. The research will include: Target market research Social media ad optimization Industry size and market potential Competitive landscape Strategic positioning of the brand (potential billboard locations, budgeting for strategic positioning, increasing brand presence for the target demographic) We will also need help creating promotional materials (i.e. flyers that will be distributed to the target demographic), ad campaign ideas, etc.

She clearly outlined project goals from the start, ensuring that expectations were transparent and aligned with my reason to joined Level UP 2025 Summer. Regular check-ins allowed for meaningful discussions and constructive feedback, which helped me refine my skills in content development, attention to details and originality while engaging social media audience. The employer was approachable, open to new ideas, and encouraged creativity while guiding me to align the contents worked on with the companyโ€™s brand identity. Her professionalism and willingness to share industry insights enriched my learning experience and made the project both practical and rewarding.
