Innerlogue Therapy & Psychology seeks to enhance the design consistency of its psychology e-book, which currently comprises approximately 10 chapters, each ranging from 30 to 50 pages. The content, developed using Canva by various contributors, lacks a cohesive design aesthetic. The goal of this project is to synchronize the visual elements across all chapters to ensure a unified look and feel that aligns with Innerlogue's branding. This involves creating a consistent design template that can be applied to both e-book and print formats. The project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their design skills and knowledge of branding to real-world content, ensuring the final product is both visually appealing and professionally polished.
Podcast & Video Production - Mental health and Positive Affirmation
Since podcasts are becoming an increasingly popular content medium, our company hopes to capitalize on this by creating our own. It will be a combination of video and audio types of podcast. In this project, students will collaborate with us to take advantage of trending media and create a season of our own podcast. We would like students to deliver a 10-episode podcast series based on our company’s nice to resonate with our target audience. The topic of the podcast would be focusing on mental health and Positive Affirmation This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Collaborating with the project manager to form a name and a theme for the podcast, and a topic for each episode. Script various components of each podcast episode such as the introduction, welcome, call to action, and outro. Create cover art for the podcast. Research and plan what will be discussed on an episode-by-episode basis. Record and edit each episode. Facilitating special guest appearances in one or more episodes. Look for stock images and audio Create a library of resources for future reproduction

The topics would be relating to mental health such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, parenting and child behaviour. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s services, marketing goals and target market. Researching factors affecting the quality of content. Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company.
Digital Content Creation (Written, Video, Podcast)
We offer counselling services in Alberta. We hope to revamp our social media and email marketing content to attract more customers. We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s services, marketing goals and target market. Researching factors affecting the quality of digital content. Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails. Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing and improving designs based on feedback.

This project will involve several different steps for the students, including: Documenting the current state of our staff recruitment process, from the time the resource need is identified to the time the position is filled. Creating visualizations such as data flow diagrams to identify strengths and pain points in our recruitment process. Assessing our current process and making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies. Documenting and mapping a target state process. Suggesting feedback mechanisms to gather input from staff, volunteers, and applicants.

One of the most important aspects of starting a position in a new company is the onboarding process. In addition to making us a more compelling firm to work with than our competition, we want our onboarding process to promote our company culture to accelerate the learning curve of working for us and increase our employee retention. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Discuss our onboarding practices with current employees to determine their effectiveness and where improvement is needed. Research our own as well as competitors’ current onboarding practices. Research which onboarding practices are best at reaching employees and making a lasting impact. Create post-interview and onboarding action steps, processes, automation and streamline hiring and onboarding processes. Create a report detailing all research findings and a new onboarding plan for our company.
