Conestoga College presents a unique opportunity to work with our highly motivated students in the Organizational Consulting Skills course. This capstone experience is divided into two vital sections: Capstone 1 and Capstone 2. Capstone 1 kicks off in the Fall 2023 semester. During this phase, students will work closely with you to craft a comprehensive project proposal, tailored to your specific HR consultancy needs. Capstone 2 , the project implementation phase, follows Capstone 1. Once the proposal is refined and approved, students will dive into the project, applying their acquired skills and knowledge to provide valuable solutions.

Hunting value from the existing data is nowadays playing a crucial role in business competence, A group of capable & experienced students in my Advanced Data Analytics course are ready to dive in a data analytic project, aiming at helping business exert value out of the data. From KPI monitoring to sales and marketing prediction; from resource optimization to managerial decision making. The group consists of students from various backgrounds - mathematics, statistics, computer science and MBA, with different level of experiences in industry. Applying contemporary data analytics techniques into practical projects surely will help them acquire proficiency for their future career.

Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Conestoga College to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. This course incorporates skills for effective proposal writing and creating and producing effective client presentations. Students in this program/course will learn how to effectively guide clients and stakeholders through the end to end consulting process.
Change Management and Organizational Dynamics 2025

Experience Overview: This experience enables learners to apply organizational consulting and change management principles to real-world business challenges. Students will work in teams to analyze any change a company is going through, organizational issues, develop actionable solutions, and present recommendations to employers. Through this project, businesses gain fresh insights into their change management strategies, while learners develop hands-on consulting experience. Learner Capabilities: Conduct organizational assessments to identify change needs. Apply consulting frameworks to real-world business problems. Develop strategic change initiatives and recommend solutions. Communicate findings effectively through professional reports and presentations.
