Business & Marketing for a Traveltech Company

The main objective of this project is to research and execute the best customer acquisition strategies for ComfortlyTravel. ComfortlyTravel is a website where travelers search and find local resources and amenities they need. It goes beyond flights and hotels and provides functional resources such as visa assistance, travel insurance, coworking spaces, local apps for food and transportation, and more. Our mission is to help new and old travelers feel confident exploring new places. We aim to help them travel with everything they need to personalize their trip, travel like a local, and have the knowledge and resources to do so. Learners will dive into what the company offers its users, research the best strategies to bring brand visibility to potential users, and assess if those strategies are successful/edit them for improvement if necessary. Potential Strategies Include (but are not limited to): -Social Media Marketing -Paid Ads -Business to Business Partnerships -Brand Ambassador Program -Email Marketing Learners will have access to company internal information, platforms and software to use on social media platforms, and 2-3 company employees to reach out to for guidance. Learners will be expected to attend virtual check-in meetings to update on their progress. Benefits Learners will gain experience working in a traveltech company, conducting market and marketing research, implementing strategy plans, and will receive a signed letter of recommendation upon completion of the program.
